The Archive of the Synapse and the Synapse Museum receive no federal, state, or corporate funding of any kind. Our sole source of financial support is individuals like you, who believe that preserving and disseminating the knowledge of The Keepers and The Synapse is essential to our continued existence in this local-world lattice. Researching the Synapse is costly and time-consuming, but with your help we will continue to uncover together the mysteries of the "wood between the worlds."
Membership is only $30 per year ($15 for students). Members receive regular Archive news bulletins via e-mail, as well as special invitations and free admission to all events, lectures, and exhibitions sponsored by the Synapse Museum. In addition, contributers at the Mythic Elevator Level ($65 per year) receive a personal tour by the Research Director and research privileges at the Archive itself (by appointment). Members also receive a 10% discount on all Archive Publications and Museum Store merchandise.
To become a member, simply contact the Archive via e-mail. Include your name, address, e-mail address and a daytime phone number (optional). A membership application form will be sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks.
